12437 Woodinville is headquarters to both the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association (NWCCA) and Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau (NWCB). The interior consisted of a complete gut and modern rebuild while the exterior received a new roof and fresh coats of paint throughout. The end product is a perfect showcase for the northwest’s leading wall and ceiling industry associations.
