Construction coordination and trade sequencing is made more efficient by having fewer contracts on a project. For that reason, Northwest Partitions partners with pre-qualified subcontractors to expand its services to include the following interrelated scopes of work:

Thermal and Acoustical Insulation

Our insulation services include rigid insulation and Z-furring, thermal batt insulation, acoustical batt insulation and vapor barrier.

Acoustical Ceiling Systems

Our teams are trained in a variety of acoustical ceiling systems ranging from basic to complex configurations.

Firestopping

Head-of-wall firestopping can be added at rated assemblies whether the project is a concrete, steel or wood structure.

Plaster

The charm of plaster increases with age. Our artisans are skilled in exterior three-coat plaster as well as interior veneer plaster, gypsum plaster and ornamental plaster.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Panels

Once reserved primarily for commercial kitchens and janitorial closets, FRP paneling has expanded to serve as abrasion resistant wainscoting in addition to restroom wall decoration.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG)

Pre-cast GFRG components are a great choice for intricate architectural detailing ranging from column covers and capitals to barrel vaulted ceilings. They are cast in a controlled environment prior to being sent to the jobsite and are easily replicated to produce multiple identical members.
