DATA 1 – Fremont Office Building
Home to a leading data analytics firms, this new 5-story shell and core office building contains 113,000 square feet of commercial office and 11,850 square feet of ground-floor retail. It is tucked in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, below the Aurora Bridge, and under the watchful eye of the famous Fremont Troll.
This sustainable, Salmon Safe project has already won numerous awards, including, but not limited to 2017 NAIOP Night of the Stars Office Development of the Year and Seattle 2030 District’s 2017 Vision Awards.
