Jefferson Healthcare South Campus

Northwest Partitions played a key role in the successful expansion of Jefferson Healthcare, a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the Port Townsend community. The South Campus Replacement and Addition project enhanced the hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality care through a modernized and efficient facility layout.

The project replaced aging structures at the center of the medical campus with approximately 56,000 square feet of new space. The scope included a 19,000-square-foot single-story infill featuring new public, kitchen, dining, office, and radiology areas, as well as a state-of-the-art Linear Accelerator suite to support advanced cancer treatment and a new two-story, 37,000-square-foot Medical Office Building added two ambulatory operating rooms, pre- and post-operative spaces, and multiple specialty clinic offices designed for seamless patient flow and accessibility. The new buildings were seismically separated from existing structures to ensure safety and minimize disruptions during construction.

The completed South Campus expansion provides Jefferson Healthcare with a modern, integrated facility that strengthens patient care and supports the long-term needs of the growing Port Townsend community..
