Bidder-designed interior and exterior metal framing systems for a 56,000-square-foot hospital expansion serving the Port Townsend community. Northwest Partitions coordinated closely with the design team to support complex wall and ceiling layouts in an active medical campus, designed for seamless patient flow and accessibility.
Interior and exterior metal framing for a 56,600-square-foot mixed-use project that ties a new post-tensioned structure into the adjacent 1904 historically landmarked Bleitz Funeral Home, maintaining alignment and tolerances across old and new construction.
Installed interior light-gauge framing across five floors of fast-tracked 57,000 square foot Class A office space, sequencing work around intensive MEP coordination and compressed tenant improvement schedules. While we completed over a dozen WeWork projects in Washington, this was our first out-of-state WeWork project.
