New space refreshed in Evergreen Family Medical Center

EvergreenHealth Family Maternity Center Renovation

New life was breathed into an existing wing of the hospital, encompassing a staggering 90,000 square feet in the 5-story building, including the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Unit (LDRP), the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and the Ante/Postpartum Unit. The modern maternity center sets new benchmarks in patient care and redefines the experience for both care providers and patients alike.

WeWork Portland

Built out a five-floor, 57,000-square-foot Class A office tenant improvement on a fast-tracked schedule, installing framing and wall systems around intensive MEP coordination and against limited elevator size and access points. Northwest Partitions was able to deliver flexible coworking spaces in the Portland, OR Power + Light Building.

Fairmont Olympic Hotel

This nearly 60,000 square-foot renovation of Seattle’s landmark Fairmont Olympic Hotel includes a completely revitalized lobby, a new central bar, and renovations to other significant public spaces. The timeless design seamlessly integrates the added modern touches with the hotel’s traditional heritage.

University of Washington HUB

University of Washington Husky Union Building

Supported the complete renovation of a 266,000-square-foot student union, providing framing, gypsum, plaster, insulation, and firestopping as the historic structure was modernized and reconfigured for today’s campus needs. LEED® Gold certified under LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – LEED 2009.
