HIGHLIGHTED ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS AND SOLUTIONS
Northwest Partitions completed acoustical ceiling work as part of Costco’s new nine-story headquarters building, designed to set the standard for office spaces companywide. The project features open workspaces, flexible meeting areas, and amenity-driven environments, including food and beverage spaces, an auditorium, and exhibit areas, all focused on supporting collaboration, culture, and employee well-being.
Acoustical ceiling work was completed as part of the 90,500 SF modernization and expansion of Montlake Elementary in Seattle. The project combined restoration of the historic 1924 landmark schoolhouse with a new three-story facility featuring classrooms, gym, and shared learning spaces. Designed to support modern education while preserving historic character, the project also incorporated outdoor learning areas and sustainable building systems to create a high-performing environment for students and staff.
Bainbridge Island Municipal Court & Police Station
As part of the retrofit of a former medical facility, acoustical ceiling work supported the transformation into the new Bainbridge Island Police Station and Municipal Court. The 18,000 SF transformation delivered modern law enforcement and judicial spaces, including offices, courtrooms, secure processing areas, and advanced security and technology systems, replacing outdated facilities with a safe, functional civic environment.
