North Satellite Modernization – Port of Seattle
Executed large-scale gypsum wallboard and shaftwall assemblies as part of a 255,000-square-foot terminal expansion, integrating with bidder-designed cold-formed framing on a multi-phase
airport modernization.
Jefferson Healthcare South Campus
Installed interior gypsum wallboard and exterior sheathing throughout the new South Campus facility, delivering clean, durable surfaces for critical care environments. The completed
expansion provides Jefferson Healthcare with a modern, integrated facility that strengthens patient care and supports the long-term needs of the growing Port Townsend community.
Provided interior gypsum wallboard and shaftwall assemblies across five levels of tenant space, coordinating with dense utilities and open-to-structure ceilings typical of modern coworking environments.
The new Everett Family YMCA opened in 2019 and replaced the prior facility that served the community for over 100 years. Completed interior gypsum wallboard and shaftwall work for a
new community YMCA, supporting gyms, pools, and multi-use spaces with robust wall systems designed for daily high traffic.
