HIGHLIGHTED PROJECTS
North Satellite Modernization – Port of Seattle
Provided firestopping and insulation throughout a 255,000-square-foot terminal expansion, supporting life safety and acoustic control in new and remodeled areas featuring 10 new gates, 12 remodeled gates, 20 dining and retail spaces including a flagship restaurant, an upper-level mezzanine with an Alaska Airlines Lounge, and dramatic open space with natural light in a nearly 80-foot-tall Central Marketplace.
Jefferson Healthcare South Campus
Installed sound attenuation and related sealants within bidder-designed framing systems to help manage acoustics between patient rooms, treatment areas, and staff spaces. The South Campus Replacement and Addition project enhanced the hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality care through a modernized and efficient facility layout.
University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics Basketball Training Facility
Completed thermal and acoustical insulation together with firestopping, helping control sound and temperature between courts, locker rooms, and support spaces. Extensive site improvements enhance accessibility and enrich the game-day experience for athletes, fans, and visitors alike.
Central Terminal Infrastructure & Restaurants – Port of Seattle
Furnished firestopping and insulation as part of cold-formed and light-gauge framing and gypsum assemblies within an active terminal, working largely behind the scenes to support renovated restaurant and public areas.
