HIGHLIGHTED PRECONSTRUCTION SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

Northwest Partitions used BIM software to plan and coordinate the fast tracked preconstruction contract prior to build out of Microsoft Building 43

Microsoft Building 43

Awarded a preconstruction contract and provided building information modeling (BIM) support for a 207,000-square-foot office building, using 3D coordination to refine interior framing, drywall, and acoustical assemblies before construction. The use of BIM eliminated the need for timely and costly rework that often occurs on fast-tracked projects.

North Satellite Modernization – Port of Seattle

Delivered bidder-designed exterior cold-formed metal framing for a major terminal expansion, working closely with the design and structural teams to develop buildable details for a highly visible airside façade. The addition increased the footprint by 255,000 square feet and the dining and retail tripled to 46,000 square feet.

Jefferson Healthcare South Campus - Public Space

Jefferson Healthcare South Campus

Northwest Partitions played a key role in the successful expansion of Jefferson Healthcare, a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the Port Townsend community. Supported the medical campus expansion with bidder-designed interior and exterior framing systems, helping align structural, envelope, and interior requirements early in the process.

Evergreen Medical Center

Provided bidder-designed framing solutions, including lead-lined gypsum assemblies, for a 547,000-square-foot hospital project, coordinating with ongoing operations and multi-floor connections in an active medical campus.
